Production Engineer

Summary

We are

seeking qualified and committed Production Engineer to manage shop-floor

operations across Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up processes. The

ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in composite production and

the ability to lead a team towards achieving daily production goals while

maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production
• activities on Pultrusion and molding lines (SMC, DMC, BMC, Hand Lay-up).
• Ensure compliance with production schedules,
• standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards.
• Monitor and control production parameters –
• resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
• Coordinate with the QA/QC department for
• in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
• Maintain production records, logbooks, and
• shift reports.
• Train, guide, and monitor workers/operators to
• ensure operational efficiency and safety.
• Implement and maintain 5S and workplace
• discipline across assigned lines.

material requirement reporting

Profile

Education:

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical /
• Production / Electrical preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a
• manufacturing plant

Skills

Required:

• Shop-floor supervision and manpower handling
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Basic quality and safety awareness
• Reporting and documentation skills
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required

• Stipend during probation: ₹25,000 per month
