## Job Summary

The Tech Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring highly specialized engineering and research talent in cutting-edge fields such as Quantum Computing, AI/ML, and GenAI. This role involves working closely with technical stakeholders, understanding complex role requirements, and delivering a seamless candidate experience. The recruiter will contribute to scaling high-impact teams by implementing strategic sourcing plans and maintaining a strong talent pipeline in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

## Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for highly technical roles across Quantum Computing, AI/ML, GenAI, software engineering, and research domains.
• Partner closely with Vps, hiring managers, tech leads, and founders to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and team goals.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, research communities, referrals, and niche talent platforms.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical depth and cultural fit through structured interviews.
• Coordinate and manage technical interview loops, gather feedback, and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Drive offer management and salary negotiations, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks and internal equity.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future-ready roles.
• Ensure a seamless, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience throughout all stages of the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS hygiene, and provide regular hiring insights to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring patterns across Quantum roles, AI/ML, and emerging technologies.

## Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in technical recruiting within a fast-paced IT, deep tech, startup, or product-based environment.
• Educational

qualifications

BE/B.Tech as graduation, with MBA as a preferred master's degree.

• Proven experience in hiring for AI/ML, GenAI, data science, software engineering, or advanced R&D roles.
• Strong understanding of technical skills, role expectations, and evolving tech stacks.
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other modern recruitment platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously under tight timelines.
• Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing complex offers.
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and hiring metrics to inform decisions.
• Experience using ATS and HR tools for pipeline management and reporting.
