## Job Summary

We are seeking a Fullstack Engineer (SDE-2) to join our dynamic engineering team at CashFlo, an innovative AI-driven Finance & Accounting platform. The role involves developing scalable backend services and frontend applications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security for financial workflows. The engineer will collaborate closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful features that transform how businesses pay and get paid in India.

## Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Build and enhance React-based frontend applications with clean, reusable, and performant code.
• Integrate frontend and backend components through well-designed REST APIs.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.
• Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and security standards, especially for financial workflows.
• Deploy, monitor, and optimize services on AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to ETL pipelines and data workflows as required.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality features.

## Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API design.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka in production systems.
• Proficiency with React.js and modern frontend practices.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda) and Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
