Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and execution for cross-cloud platform and data tooling, balancing new capability against platform evolution.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers — hiring, performance, career development, and building a strong on-call and incident culture around a system where correctness is non-negotiable
• Partner with product management and customer-facing teams
• Drive technical direction for next-generation data platforms
• Work with partner product and infrastructure teams across the company, collaborating on effective strategic delivery
