Primary

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of large-scale, cloud-native Java applications
• Drive architecture decisions for microservices, APIs, security, and performance optimization
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, ensuring code quality and best practices
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, including design, development, release, and production support
• Collaborate closely with Security teams for KEV/Critical/High vulnerability remediation
• Partner with Product, Cloud, DevOps, and Architecture in shaping the technical roadmap
• Review and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Provide leadership during production incidents and RCA efforts
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required

Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/ARM), GitOps workflows
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, API governance, performance tuning
• Solid understanding of security standards, cloud governance, and vulnerability lifecycle
• Solid background in Azure/AWS cloud services, Kubernetes/AKS/EKS, and DevOps automation
• Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, microservices
• Leadership Skills
  • Proven experience driving engineering excellence and delivering complex programs
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional engineering teams
  • Demonstrated solid communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to define roadmaps, make architectural decisions, and enforce engineering standards
