Job Description Summary
We are looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our Business Operations team. The person in this role will support the management of service orders administration, customer billing activities, and operational processes that ensure an excellent customer experience.They will collaborate with multiple functions including Sales, Service Delivery, Field Service, Finance and Customer Support, helping to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately, invoices are issued on time, and operational issues are solved efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to business performance through operational excellence.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service orders through system processing and execution.
- Ensure timely and accurate customer billing for both contract and non-contract services.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues, working closely with internal stakeholders and customers.
- Support the resolution of invoicing disputes in collaboration with Accounts Receivable, Sales, Finance and Operations teams.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer and contract data within company systems.
- Work across CRM, ERP and service management platforms to execute operational activities and maintain data quality.
- Collaborate with Service Sales, Field Service, Service Delivery, Finance and Support teams to resolve process and system-related issues.
- Support forecasting and reporting activities as required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal teams for administrative topics, ensuring effective communication and positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Business Operations, Customer Operations, Order Management, Service Administration, Billing, Customer Service or a similar operational role.
- Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or specialized high technical school (ITS) or a high school diploma in Administration.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word and Teams.
- Fluency in both English and Italian.

Annual Salary Range: 35,600.00 EUR - 48,950.00 EUR
