In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the planning, coordination, and logistical preparation of field service activities at customer sites.
- Assist in the preparation, management, and maintenance of safety-related documentation, including Operational Safety Plans and other required records.
- Support service completion reporting, administrative follow-up activities, and invoicing processes.
- Maintain and update reports, databases, and operational records using Microsoft Excel and other business tools.
- Collaborate with Field Service, Operations, and other internal teams to help ensure effective scheduling and execution of service activities.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure documentation is maintained accurately and in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:- Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a Bachelor's degree program in Economics, Business Administration, Languages, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement.
- Authorization to work in the location where the position is based.
- Proficiency in English.
- Previous internship, academic project, or practical experience supporting business operations, customer service, administration, or service-related activities.
- Knowledge of reporting tools, data management, or process coordination.
- Familiarity with safety documentation processes in industrial or technical environments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with operational data.
- Proficiency in additional languages that support collaboration in a global business environment.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. As this is an internship role, we provide a minimum monthly internship allowance of €700.
