We are looking for someone supporting our existing sales team in Emilia Romagna.

• Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as supporting our existing customers:
• Proactively acquiring new customers to expand the customer portfolio and drive business growth for OPEN MIND, as well as strengthening existing customer relationships within the assigned sales territory.
• Customer consultancy and sales of CAD/CAM products:
• Providing specialist advice to customers and prospective customers on our CAD/CAM products and working alongside the technical team to develop bespoke solutions and quotations to meet customers’ individual needs.
• Conducting product presentations:
• Leading product presentations to illustrate the areas of application for our CAD/CAM products and creating detailed design components to demonstrate the capabilities of our solutions in a practical context.
• Delivering training courses and customer-specific workshops:
• Planning, organising and delivering training courses and customer-specific workshops to train customers in the effective use of our CAD/CAM products and to enhance their skills.
• Representing OPEN MIND at trade fairs and events:
• Establishing new contacts, maintaining existing relationships and increasing the visibility and success of our company through an active presence at trade fairs and events.

• Qualifications

  A completed apprenticeship as a toolmaker, mechanical engineering technician, machining technician or a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in a technical environment.
• Professional experience:
• In-depth knowledge of CAD/CAM, as well as experience in technical sales or customer management, preferably in the field of software solutions or technical products.
• Liaison between technology and the customer:
• Building and maintaining trusting customer relationships through strong communication skills, the ability to explain complex technical content clearly, and an independent, creative and team-oriented approach to work.
• On-site with customers:
• A high level of willingness to undertake regular business travel for customer visits and sales activities.
