The role designed for you
We have an excellent opportunity for a professional interested in joining the Transformation Office in Fedrigoni. In this role, you will be based in our Milan office having the opportunity to work in an international and stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals.
You will be part of the Transformation team, exposed to multiple business functions and at the core of the transformative journey; holding a crucial role in the Governance and Management of projects across the Self-Adhesives Business.
2. Your responsibilities
· Ensure an effective governance of the transformation within the Self-Adhesives business, i.e., proactively leading its drumbeat, ensuring visibility and driving key decisions
· Lead the identification and mobilization of company-wide strategic initiatives (typically complex, cross-functional and strategic in nature); some examples of projects (not limited to) are:
o Growth initiatives
o Operational performance improvement
o Design-to-Value
o Digital and AI foundations
· Manage the daily transformation activities related to the above strategic initiatives, in particular:
o leading / supporting the design phase (i.e., opportunity / issue identification, framing the analysis, proposing solutions)
o fostering the adoption of best practices and harmonization of ways of working;
o supervising / monitoring the execution phase, incl. escalating roadblocks and/or revising priorities as needed
o orchestrating the initiative governance (e.g., Steering Committees)
· Act as "trusted advisor" to Business Leaders on transformation initiatives (e.g., proposing new approaches, frameworks, methodologies, tools), as well as the engagement and communication to key stakeholders
Who are we looking for
· 3+ years at senior consultant level with proven track record of strong performances
· Already coordinated multiple projects / streams with a strong focus on organizational and / or cultural changes, ideally as part of a broader transformation or integration program
· Familiarity with digital enablers as catalyst / enablers of business transformation
· Strong talent, leadership and intellectual capabilities, coupled with positive team attitude / spirit
· Looking for "hands-on" experience where to challenge the "status quo" and pursue tangible results
· Familiar with methodologies around "agility" and improvement like lean, value stream mapping, etc.
· Interested in fast paced environment with opportunity to evolve towards senior roles in Transformation and / or General Management
· Ability to influence executives / teams and communicate efficiently to senior leadership and board
· Fluency in English; Italian and / or Spanish is a plus
