41 - Senior Full-stack Developer (PHP/Vue.js)

Our client is looking for a Senior Full-stack Developer to join their back-office systems squad, reporting to the Team Lead. The squad builds internal products that help the client's departments support their partners in managing inventory and experiences. You'll improve and extend several systems built with different technologies, working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy scalable, robust services. Broad knowledge of GCP, PHP, Node.js and Vue.js will be key to delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Product and UX teams to turn requirements into deliverables that meet expected results
• Maintain and extend dashboards that monitor the health of services during and after deployments
• Own the full software development life cycle, from pull requests to container deployment on GCP, keeping systems reliable and observable
• Promote coding standards and do code reviews to keep quality and consistency high across the team
• Troubleshoot complex issues across the system, fix them quickly and drive long-term improvements so they don't recur

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a JavaScript/Vue.js developer
• Strong experience as a PHP developer
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools. Cursor is key, and Claude Code experience is also valued
• Experience developing and maintaining cloud-native applications (GCP preferred)
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge and practice of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, SOLID principles or similar
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices, including Docker, is a bonus
• A passion for software development and keeping up with the latest trends in the community
• Excellent written and spoken English, and comfort writing documents and drawing diagrams to explain ideas and get feedback from peers
