Administrative Assistant
The position will be located in Windsor Locks.Answer and direct phone calls Organize and schedule appointments Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Duties include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Maintain contact lists. Act as the point of contact for internal and external contacts
Liaise with other administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

Salary: $25.00 to $28.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • 10 Key: 1 year (Preferred)
  • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Contract Length:

  • More than 1 year
