Artist Studio Manager

Established artist in Los Angeles seeks a part-time office coordinator who can work efficiently, professionally and independently in an administrative-studio setting.
Tasks include corresponding with various galleries, updating the artist's calendar, booking travel, arranging personal appearances, studio visits, and special events, responding on behalf of the artist to collectors, curators, as well as general inquiries and updating the artist's website and inventory records and archives as needed.
Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently. Must have office skills such as filing, database and expense compiling. Will be responsible for the upkeep of bills and working with corporate principals and accountants on a monthly basis. Will also be assisting artist with managing several properties.
Computer skills such as Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and general Mac knowledge are required. Regular web platforms used include: Dropbox, WeTransfer, Squarepace, Instagram, Facebook, and ArtworkArchive.
Three years of previous artist/studio management or gallery experience preferred. Candidates should have an interest in fine art. Candidates fluent in Korean a plus.
This is an administrative/office focused position - not in production with the artist.
