Who We Want

As we continue to serve more families as they transition into a skilled nursing facility, we are seeking someone to help manage our busy home office. This individual has a passion for efficiency and transparency as they assist with customer service and case management. Our ideal Assistant Case Worker is a master at prioritizing daily tasks and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team. They are technologically savvy and passionate about delivering a quality customer experience. Most importantly, they strive for excellence, and their genuine care for others shines through.

What You’ll Do

As an Assistant Case Worker, you will be the backbone of our Case Management team at our home office in Kyle, TX. Reporting directly to the Case Manager, you will help take care of clients as they onboard with us. You will liaise between the team and our customers, completing such tasks as requesting Social Security award letters, helping them get their bank statements, etc.

As a valued team member, you will help us in our continued quest for excellence. You will maintain a high level of personal accountability by providing recurrent updates to our management team. This will be an in person position, Monday through Friday 9-6 with an hour off for lunch.



  • 1+ years in Medicaid Case work / Senior Care Industry
  • Customer service / project management background


  • Higher education - minimum Associates Degree
  • Microsoft Office & CRM Proficient
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Strong interpersonal skills- empathetic and pleasant
  • Tactful and detail-oriented to help clients solve issues
