Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including customer agreements, partner agreements, reseller agreements, data processing agreements, professional services agreements, business associate agreements, intellectual property licenses, inbound services agreements, and statements of work for Google Cloud.Advise business clients, Finance, and other company colleagues, on the legal issues and risks, approval processes, company policies, procedures, IP, and business strategy.Respond promptly to legal requests from Cloud Customer and Partner Sales teams, Professional Services team, Marketing and other clients, summarizing and communicating legal concepts.Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance. Qualifications Minimum qualifications:JD degree or equivalent practical experience.3 years of attorney experience in technology licensing or transactional law.Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in California.Preferred qualifications: 5 years of relevant work experience. Experience drafting and negotiating customer and reseller agreements for cloud services, professional services agreements, business associate agreements, data processing agreements, and intellectual property agreements.Demonstrated experience advising clients in structuring complex commercial transactions.Ability to manage several simultaneous projects under deadlines.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
