The ideation of Fiore began to take form in 2020 as a byproduct of knowledge, experience and passion brought together by founding members Serge, Mike, and Edwin. These three gained widespread recognition as the owner operators and head cultivators of Cookies Los Angeles microbusiness - the first officially licensed Cookies location. Their experience speaks directly through the caliber quality of Fiore’s product, but can also be noted through their standing accolades, as follows;
Serge - Mr. Damirjian is an expert with hydroponics, genetics and cross pollination. With over 13 year of experience in the cannabis industry with focus on indoor cultivation, quality control and testing analysis. Mr. Damirjian was the first Cultivator to build a facility in Los Angeles County that complies with all Local and State regulations which include County Fire Department regulations and Co2 enrichments. He is the first person in Los Angeles county to pass the test and receive his Private applicator license and obtain an Operator Identification number (PA-19-C037) to purchase, store and apply plant sciences indoors directly from The Department of Agriculture.
Mike - Mr. Bouchanian is an expert in commercial level cultivation, cloning and genetics. He brings over 12 years of experience and has an acute understanding of environmental controls. Mr. Bouchanian’s expertise in optimization of grow space and yielding strategy is artisan level. He has completed the highest certification of Argus control injection systems, and IPM continuing education (pest management program). He is also experienced in design and construction to maximize efficiencies of propagation to harvest and production. He currently oversees over 100,000 square feet of indoor flower room space between multiple locations.
Edwin - Edwin Movagharian has been responsible for managing several operations covering all aspects of the industry. The most notable Cookies microbusiness facility was brought from inception to the smooth running of its present operations; where Edwin’s responsibility included license acquisition, building acquisition, facility design, construction, staffing, training, cultivation, manufacturing, distribution and retail. Armed with the knowledge of managing a bare concept to an eminent leader in its market space, Edwin brings all his experience to bear on the building and running of Fiore’ Farms. The first facility in Adelanto will benefit from next generation design improvements that will enable this facility to be even more efficient than the previous - and will continue to improve in the next.

Fiore’s mission is constant refinement and exploration of cultivation for the sake of creating the best experience possible with our catalog of distinct flavors - resulting in several of the most recognizable strains and names in the cannabis space. Our pinnacle grade flower selection is derived from a deep understanding of genetic traits, as shown through a variety of Cookies family strains bred in the heart of Los Angeles.

Full Job Description
Partner with our clients to effectively communicate brand ethos, process, and goals. Act as “face” of the brand within the territory, representing our brand in a positive and professional manner at retail, events, and within the Cannabis industry. Translate operations and initiatives to maintain steady activity with account managers and sales team for generating revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct sampling for dispensary staff, patients, and customers to familiarize them with Fiore products
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of products and articulate that to new and loyal consumers
- Execute promotions through tracking activities, sales, and communication during demos
- Relay all data to account managers & sales team for recaps and initiatives
- Collect data information for a consumer database
- Transport all promotional materials to and from promotions
- Facilitate directional progress with brand building exercise
Must-Have:
- Passion for cannabis education
- 2 years Brand Ambassador, Bud tending, or Event Staff experience a plus
- Confident and outgoing with excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of cannabis compliance and regulations in California
- Associate degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (travel required) or reliable transportation
Schedule:
- 6-8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
