As a part of AppleCare Channel Service Support (CSS), the Business Development Support Analyst will use business acumen, process knowledge and analytical skills in order to deliver creative, beneficial solutions to our partners, customers, and internal teams with a main focus on AppleCare agreements processes and systems. They must be adept in the use of statistical tools and techniques to be able to identify process gaps, recommend measurable solutions to allow for data-driven decision making, and have the ability to clearly and concisely articulate findings to leadership. Success is defined as having a support infrastructure that provides rapid and reliable responses to critical issues, new initiatives, and data insights that drive program direction while mitigating risks. We’ll expect you to question and challenge legacy processes — all with the goal of improving the Business Development Support and Agreement business. This role is expected to operate with a high degree of initiative, creativity, and leadership within department policy guidelines using independent judgment in achieving objectives. This position will be located onsite in our Austin, TX office. Key Qualifications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal direction, regularly balancing ad-hoc requests, projects, and daily tasks
  • Proven experience in reporting, data mining, and ad hoc analysis; ability to translate information into practical business insight
  • Strong experience with SAP preferred
  • High level of proficiency with Excel
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrate integrity, collaboration, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in an ever-evolving and rapidly changing business
  • Experience with AppleCare agreements preferred
  • Project management experience preferred
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally across organizational levels in different Geos
Description You will analyze data and processes to gain insights that improve operations of the CSS Business Development Support business. You will become a subject matter expert in agreements, enrollments, and the systems and processes that support them. You will use that knowledge, combined with your discernment, to determine business needs and impact. Through this you will work to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to drive efficient and systematic solutions and resolve system fallout for agreement/enrollment errors and transfer of coverage failures, creating a more proactive, less manual, and higher quality experience for our partners and customers. You will collaborate with a team of global peers and many cross-functional teams including Business Development, Specialized System Projects, Agreement Admin, Partners/Resellers, and CSS internal teams, among others.
