We equip our GUW Client Managers with extensive knowledge in the day-to-day software businesses are adopting to excel within their industries. Change can be hard, time-consuming, and scary for small businesses. So we help bear those burdens for them by becoming their front-line support to conquer any technical challenges that may arise.

This role is for individuals who aren’t afraid of the unknown and enjoy learning and researching what comes next in the world of technology. We start with Keap, the leading sales & marketing system for small businesses. However, we also have a range of plugins and software in our arsenal. Our team is always learning new trending systems emerging within the digital marketing sphere.

Client Managers wear many hats to help our small business clients succeed. We might be the coach, the implementor, the strategist, and the researcher for one client all in one week. But have no fear, we don’t expect you to be all of these from the start! GUW will empower you with on-the-job training to help you learn and grow into your role.

Client Managers are trained for a period of 1-3 months depending on the demands and software pieces involved. You will also have a dedicated mentor to help guide you through the onboarding and training process. However, GUW believes you are never done learning in the ever-changing technology industry, so we will continue training as roles expand. Training for this position is completed remotely.

Client Managers should be outgoing, flexible, and analytical. You need to be able to learn and work fast while being meticulous with details and tenacious in getting the job done with excellence.

We're looking for people who are willing to work 8-5 US Eastern. Willingness to work in other United States time zones is a plus!

This position is remote; however, due to labor and tax laws, we're only accepting candidates who reside in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Wisconsin, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Alabama at this time.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients implement the Keap software successfully and provide ongoing maintenance of their software.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to Keap clients
• Organize client projects and effectively guide and communicate objectives
• Speaking one-on-one with clients via online meeting software, phone calls, and more

This is a phenomenal role for entry-level professionals, customer service professionals, and recent college graduates. This job offers the opportunity to work from home while mentoring small business owners to help their companies succeed. • Starting Salary: $30,000/year
• Paid Time offVacation - 10 days off per year for the first two years. 15 Days off per year after two years. Unlimited Vacation after 3 years.
