Your focus is to provide expertise and support in reimbursement accounts, working with a dynamic team to achieve successful, consistent delivery. You will leverage expert resources to help support the Customer Care organization in the achievement of its business goals.

Day in the Life:

· Providing quality service and support in a variety of areas, including, but not limited to: Health Spending Accounts(HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Dependent Care Accounts (DCA),Commuter and COBRA accounts
· Professionally handling incoming requests from customers and ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
· Gathering customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educating the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and documenting interactions through contact tracking
· Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone and/or by internet chat support
· Handling issues in the best interest of both customer and company
· Continuously evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
· Other duties as assigned

What you need to be successful:

· High School Diploma/GED

· At least 1 year as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role

· Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency

· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

· Competent computer skills to perform essential functions

· Must exhibit flexibility to work various shifts/overtime when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $13.00 /hour

Experience:

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
