Skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products when appropriate.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English.
- Ability to provide outstanding client services and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- Strong typing skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
