Data Entry Clerk
$17.50 per hour | Remote | Temp-hire | Hourly | Start immediately
Data Entry Clerks are responsible for making sure any clinicians that are on our app stay compliant within the state and facilities they work with by running detailed background checks via state databases and a third party company we use. You will be a part of the Market Integrity team including five coworkers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist running 3rd party background checks on platforms including First Advantage and Nursa app
Provide thorough instructions and assistance to clinicians via email
Maintain clinician accounts adding/editing information and credentials, as needed
Track and report metrics via internal documents
Complete Zendesk requests
Communicate any updates about the background check process to applicable internal teams
Ensure tasks are completed as efficiently and quickly as possible
Assist with collecting and analyzing feedback and data from clinicians to gauge satisfaction and success
Experience with Zendesk, a plus but not required
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem solving abilities to correct any challenges or inefficiencies for the best results
Great attention to detail to ensure all specifications are met
Ability to adapt and learn new and ever changing platforms and programs
