Experience with detailed, technical writing as well as executive level visuals

As part of our onboarding, we have doubled in size and have been unable to provide proper amounts of KT to our new hires due to our historical project artifacts either not existing or outdated. The number of projects are not slowing down, and instead of having engineering pause on projects, we'd rather have a specialist come in and offload that work and do it as a best in class solution

Description

The Enterprise Applications and architecture team is looking for a seasoned documentation engineer to help generate historical artifacts of past projects implemented over the last 3 years and 50+ projects, specifically around our Customer Experience and Product BU's projects. This engineer will be held accountable for:

1. Create high level and detailed level architecture diagrams of past projects including systems involved, data flow, and integration design

2. Create process flows from a user journey perspective on how they use the feature

3. Interview current engineers to take their thoughts and put on paper of how the system works.

4. Refactor existing documentation that is out of date

5. Templatize technical writing moving forward for future projects
