EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT, Atlanta Georgia, Full Time, Immediate Availability

Brand New World Studios is a purpose driven production company founded by Brad Siegel and Joey Reiman. Both executives may be found on Wikipedia. BNWS has an immediate need for an Executive Assistant to work directly with the founders.

The EA will have high-level exposure to every facet of film development, from pitch through distribution, while working daily with the CEO of Brand New World Studios in a fast paced, exciting environment. The EA will be working with and coordinating schedules and meetings with some of the top people in the TV, film, and the movie industry.

Every day is different in this role, and there will always be something new to learn. The duties are varied and allow for the EA to work on a wide variety of tasks and projects, including new business development and business planning.

The successful candidate will need to be mature, have good judgment, be highly self-motivated, detail oriented, and proactive. Given that this company is growing, the EA must use initiative and anticipate problems, and be resourceful in bringing solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with presentation skills are essential for this role. Strong computer and office software skills are also essential. Good visual design skills are a plus.

Passion for movies, television, streaming service programming, YouTube, social media, music and pop culture is also crucial.

The previous incumbent has been promoted and will be assisting with the transition. Work will be performed at BNWS’ office in Buckhead.

Executive Support

  • Maintaining calendars for 2 Executives
  • Scheduling and being present at key meetings, both virtually and in-person
  • Arranging travel (domestic & international), which includes airfare, lodging, transportation and coordinating with Delta 360
  • Partnering with the corresponding EA for meetings that require video or PowerPoint to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Working closely with executives to letters/emails/pitch documents
  • Building relationships with the EA’s of other companies

Bookkeeping

  • Resolving vendor inquiries
  • Following up on client payments
  • Credit card payments
  • Processing reimbursements as needed
  • Reviewing and picking benefit options during Open Enrollment

Marketing

  • Maintaining website as needed
  • Answering inquiries generated from the website
  • Sending out mass emails promoting a YouTube video or event
  • Maintaining digital domains/emails/websites

Office Management

  • Ordering office supplies
  • Monitoring office inventory
  • Sending decks/designs/write-ups to the printer
  • Working with vendors

Events

  • Planning company events from start to finish
  • Being the point person for any speaking events (in person or online)
  • Ensuring and tracking payment for speaking events

Other

  • Maintaining script library
  • Contact management
  • Writing/typing out letters/emails/pitch documents etc. as verbally dictated by the executives
  • Providing research/comparables etc. in the beginning stages of a film or series as well as research on possible directors and actors

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
