Magnolia Hospitality is seeking fun, energetic, service-oriented Guest Service Representatives to staff our hotel’s front desk. Essential Duties:

  • Greet guests at the front desk while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
  • Process guest registrations, maintaining the property management system with the most up-to-date information and quickly and accurately entering guest information.
  • Provide quick and efficient check-in and check-out experiences for guests.
  • Greet each and every guest with a smile, however busy and whatever time of day.
  • Work closely with the entire team to ensure the hotel meets or exceeds our Brand Standards for Guest Satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Maintains punctual, regular and predictable attendance.
  • Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
  • Respectfully takes direction from supervisor.
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices and procedures and reports all unsafe activities to supervisor.
  • Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve hotel and company goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
