WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a punctual, detail-oriented individual that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited for an opportunity to provide a guest experience that exceeds expectations at our Slopeside Pub & Grill Restaurant.

  • A positive, Team Player attitude with a willingness to assist fellow servers, bus persons, and hosts during peak meal service hours as needed

  • Must possess basic knowledge of dining room procedures and foodservice operations


  • Responsible for managing the guest reservation flow and experience of the dining room
  • Maintains a clean and organized host station, ensuring menus, binders, side tasks, and other materials are in an orderly presentation if visible to guests
  • Accommodate special seating requests for guests whenever possible
  • Follow all cash handling procedures when collecting payment from guests, including ensuring receipts and house banks are balanced at all times
  • Prepare daily staffing sheets and checklists
  • A willingness to fill in for other restaurant roles as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the dining room, as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor
  • Maintains orderly retail displays and inventory/sales reports
  • Attends staff meetings as required
