What you’ll do:
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming documents and correspondence by scanning, indexing, and maintaining electronic files, as well as sorting, copying, and printing materials for remote staff. Identify and classify incoming written inquiries accurately, apply appropriate coding, and route them to the correct personnel or department. Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to maintain efficiency and meet business needs. Generate written acknowledgement to relevant internal and external parties daily. Receive and assess incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department for resolution. Log data and quality review reports on a daily, monthly, annual, and as-needed basis. Maintain supply inventory, restock supply cabinets, and place supply orders. Perform light physical tasks such as sorting papers and lifting up to 10 pounds.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to develop proficiency in department-specific systems and accurately identify and categorize inquiries following completion of training.
- Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to research issues and exercise sound, independent judgment.
- Maintains strict confidentiality and displays a high level of professionalism.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to look at a computer screen for prolonged periods.
- Occasional walking, bending, or reaching within the office environment.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
