IT Help Desk Associate

Visionnet - Dallas, TX
$16 - $24 an hour
  • Fulfillment of service requests - source of input comes from Service Desk ticketing System
  • Set up new PCs and printers; Move/relocate hardware ; handle HD and DT escalations
  • Maintain PC inventory – alerting management of stocking levels
  • Load NSM supported software as required
  • Answer Help Desk calls; work Help Desk tickets; work Desktop tickets; Set up Printers on Print Servers
  • Communicate with other IT teams about issues and resolutions * Work issues handed down from IT Management; report issues to IT Management
  • Manage Printer Maintenance vendor relationship

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduation from a 4-year college or university with major course work in a discipline related to the requirements of the position is preferred.
  • Will consider the equivalent combination of job experience & education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this job.

* A+ Certification Preferred

* 2 years of directly related job experience

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
