Position Overview:
As a Front Desk Sales Associate at Gription Tire Pros you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and assisting with sales, inquiries, and product recommendations. You will play a key role in creating a positive and professional environment, while helping to maintain the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries about tire and automotive products and services.
- Assist customers in selecting the right tires and automotive products based on their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain an organized front desk and retail area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
- Schedule and confirm customer appointments for tire installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Provide product recommendations and additional services to meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient store operations.
- Manage inventory by tracking product availability and assisting with stock orders.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as invoicing, filing, and customer follow-up.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
