The Position
Tandem Careplanning is seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our team. Candidates will need to be able to work Monday – Friday in our Century City office. This is not a remote position. Candidates will work in a fast-paced team environment and gain a broad experience in various aspects of marketing, customer support, and campaign operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing team with campaign deliverables, creative asset management, social media content, email communication plans, etc.
- Interact with all members of the organization, including Operations, Tandem Care Team, Technology, and Finance
- Conduct competitive industry research by reading relevant news and trade publications
- Participate in brainstorming sessions
- Responsible for the timely preparation/compilation of data and distributing reports, forms, and documents.
- Create and edit presentations, agendas, spreadsheets, communications, databases, and reports
- Demonstrates ability to take notes and provide summaries during technical meetings and discussions
- Prioritize conflicting needs and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Managing and coordinating company events including set-up and recap
- Assist with schedules for meetings involving executives and travel bookings
- Plan and organize special events, group meetings, corporate training, and other employee events
Requirements and Expectations

- Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Experience with MS Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Knowledge of Photoshop a plus)
- Thrives in fast-paced environment, delivering under tight deadlines
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university
