Real estate investment firm seeks an experienced Office Assistant to be part of our expanding collaborative team. Responsibilities
- Unique opportunity to develop skills in company operations and web-based office tools
- Complete tasks using multiple web-based products to increase office efficiency
- Develop effective tools and techniques to streamline operations
- Perform general clerical duties to include,but not limited to answering phones, photocopying, data entry, e-filing, email/faxing, mail distribution, et al
- Daily examination of electronic workflow of invoicing and payment processing
- Ability to effectively process multiple projects with accuracy
- Ability to effectively receive direction from multiple members of the team
- Office maintenance – supplies, organization, filing
- Greet guests
- Meetings/conferences – prepare office to receive guests, teleconferencing, etc.
- Exceptional customer service skills – phone and in-person
- Coordinate and maintains records and data
- Understand the balancing of urgency, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Coordinate and communicate with Corporate and property teams
- Support launch of company initiatives
- Special projects and other duties as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of one year experience as an Office Assistant or comparable position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (preferably Office 365) to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Drive, TEAMS, etc.
- Working knowledge of property management software (Yardi preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of integrated office telephone systems
- Available to work Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week
Compensation and Benefits
- $17- $20 per hour

- Hours: Full-time– 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
