Office Assistant/Data Entry Clerk

A boutique CPA firm in La Jolla seeks an assistant Office Manager/Data Entry Clerk to be a part of our team.

Candidates are expected to have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to perform tasks independently with the ability to juggle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed.

Job tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the general office environment
  • Answer phones and client emails.
  • Process accounts receivables and payables
  • Process tax returns
  • Enter tax and administrative data in various software programs
Preferred Characteristics:
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Outgoing, personable, and communicates well
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite and QuickBooks
