Ace Gutter Inc. is quickly growing . We are immediately seeking Rain Gutter , Soffit/Fascia and Siding installers in our Sandy and Provo locations . Previous experience is a plus, but not required. Willing to train the right candidates. Our company mainly installs Rain Gutters Soffit and Fascia with small siding jobs and repairs. If you want to learn a new skill or are tired of your construction job and want something less stressful but steady, give us a call!

We pay hourly to train, then piece rate. Our lead installers making piece rate average $25-$35 /Hr. Training starts at $15.00+ / Hr. DOE

We provide benefits including paid time off, health insurance, 401 k, quarterly performance bonus, and a vehicle to use. Compensation will be based on experience. Trained installers average $45-55 K per year.

Requirements:

∙ Previous construction experience is a definite plus, but not necessary.
Willing to train the right candidate.
∙ Must be 21 years of age and have a valid Driver’s License.
∙ Must have High school diploma/GED
∙ Must be able to supply or acquire tools (cordless drill, impact driver, snips etc)

Responsibilities:

∙ Have an outstanding attendance record and be on time each day
∙ Implement all assigned installations to timely completion per specifications and customer satisfaction
∙ Meet with Branch Operations Manager and/or Account Manager to coordinate and schedule all installations for the week
∙ Provide constant communication with the homeowner and estimator
∙ Must be safety conscientious
∙ Provide quality workmanship and take pride in your work
∙ Clean up all materials and debris prior to leaving the job-site
∙ Clean out and maintain work truck

Our business operates out of 3 locations. Sandy, Layton, and Provo.
