Receptionist Assistant From Home/Customer Service
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team working from home! You will perform clerical and administrative functions such as answering phones, in order to drive company success.
Duties include:
* Answering telephone calls and Dispatch drivers when needed
* Processing paperwork
* Data entry, organizing and filing paperwork
* Some driving required using our company car
* Sending documents to
customers and vendors via fax, or email
* Providing backup to other office duties as needed
Qualifications:
* General office knowledge
* Detail oriented
* Must have the ability to multi-task and handle various deadlines
* Computer literate, Microsoft Office, Quickbooks (Will Train if needed)
* Must possess proper grammar, spelling and typing skills
