Receptionist/Office Assistant

We are looking for an energetic and personable Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations duties.

  • Answer Phone Calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Collect mail and packages
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Ability to schedule for oneself and for others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

  • 10 Hour Shift
  • Monday to Friday
