We are building large cloud scale distributed systems to deliver customer relation managed capabilities to our customers. We deliver a true “Power of Choice” offering, where customers can either use in a fully hosted cloud environment or use their on-premise infrastructure for hosting our services. The offering provides rich out of the box platform capabilities through server, multi form factor clients, and cloud hosted services along with seamless integration with other Microsoft products like Office 365, PowerBI etc. Dynamics 365 has a mature leadership team with a strong track record of delivering world class software.

One of the key components of CRM software, with more than 250 thousand unique users monthly and growing, is Customer Service. Metrics are very important to call center businesses or contact centers while customizability and extensibility are very important to ensure that the businesses are responding to their customer issues uniquely, efficiently and rapidly across multiple channels including Phone, Email and social channels. We are working on building next generation customer engagement by building digital channel integration and insights based capabilities for our customers to transform their customer engagement to the digital world

Dynamics 365 online is looking for passionate engineers who are customer focused, self-motivated and thrive in a highly challenging environment of fast paced software delivery. The engineers take ownership of the enterprise software features from inception, design, implementation to delivery, and build it in an agile environment meeting high scale, performance and security requirements. They should have strong CS fundamentals, quality first mindset and are familiar in design patterns and multi-threaded programming. If you are comfortable working in a start-up/v1 environment, enjoy incrementally marching to towards a well-defined long-term architecture, and are motivated by solving hard business process problems with technology then this could be the position for you.

Responsibilities

We expect the engineer on the team to:

  • Contribute on a team of engineers through own assigned deliverables and collaboration through buddy testing, code reviews while building the next generation platform and applications.
  • Be customer obsessed
  • Have product sense, good understanding of the product vision and ability to design, implement, test, deliver and maintain various features in stages to reach the end goal in an evolutionary and collaborative way is critical.
  • Be a great engineer. You will be accountable to the design, implementation, schedule, delivery, of your deliverables. Doing this in an efficient way and with high quality is a must.
  • Earn the technical respect of the people on your team. This is a technical position and the ideal candidate should be capable of working in the code, supporting the service, and understanding at a detailed level how the software works.
    • Qualifications

    Qualifications:

  • Software Engineering experience with track record of driving multiple products/versions from inception to delivery.
  • Knowledge of end to end SDLC, ability to write test automation in addition to solid shipping code
  • Two+ years of coding in C#, Java, C++ and/or C. Preferred knowledge in web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and other cloud services is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of computer science, algorithms and design patterns
  • Ability to explore solutions to complex problems with a thorough design
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience
