Sr Customer Support Technician
Basic Qualifications :
Associate’s degree is required or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

Utilizing your customer service and technical skills, you’ll respond to and diagnose problems and answer queries regarding computer hardware, software, printers, network and telecommunications systems by screening, referring and diagnosing internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems. The Sr Customer Support Technician will prepare help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software evaluation while supporting company-hosted web-enabled solutions.

- Ability to facilitate SRT calls to expedite service recovery and restoration
- Ability to monitor, verify configuration, and provide first level triage of networked servers, storage, and other infrastructure devices
