Duties: The Systems Analyst III at Cleveland Clinic in Beachwood, Ohio provides primary support to automated systems in the areas of estimating, planning, designing, developing, prototyping, implementing, and modification. The Systems Analyst III is responsible for participating in feasibility analyses and performing quality assurance evaluations for automated systems. He or she defines training requirements, assists with automated systems training, and recommends solutions to enhance system functionality. The Systems Analyst III supports and designs department project assignments and small system implementation, and provides input to solution development efforts. He or she tracks information system resources for assigned projects and reports on project timelines. He or she also develops work products, documentation of operation and business objectives, best technology capabilities and task level resource requirements. The Systems Analyst III maintains project task plans, documentation and communication, and also provides primary operational and administrative support for IT Service Delivery tools and processes. The Systems Analyst III provides expert level analysis and design of Ivanti Voice IVR applications, and is responsible for all development activities utilizing Ivanti Service Management platforms. Additional duties of the Systems Analyst III include: responding to service requests; tool defect resolution and prioritization; enhancement prioritization; creating and maintaining user acceptance test scripts and test scenarios; creating knowledge documentation and providing knowledge solutions for supported tools; providing assistance on new service engagements; and day-to-day administration for all applications/tools owned and supported by the Service Delivery team.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or foreign degree equivalent as determined by a credentials evaluation, and five (5) years of experience in information technology dealing with applications development and support of automated systems. Experience must include one (1) year of experience with development and configuration in Ivanti Service Management and Ivanti Voice IVR (formerly HEAT).

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience ($91,106.40 per year)
