Studio Facilities (WBSF) oversees the physical operations of the historic 110-acre main lot in Burbank including its 30 soundstages and 20-acre backlot, as well as production-related services including costume, set-dressing, construction, set lighting, catering, transportation, photography and much more. The production site also hosts tours for consumers offering guests intimate views at the inner workings of thriving entertainment studios. Opportunity Overview What part will you play?

Warner Bros. Studio Facilities seeks a Tour Guide 1 for the Studio Tour Hollywood department for our holiday season.
  • Duties include conducting a tour of Studio production facilities, production sound stages, exterior sets, other areas of interest using a customized passenger tour cart to travel from location to location; presenting an unscripted comprehensive and engaging description of what is being viewed, including historical and current information about the Studio, TV and Feature productions filmed on the lot, and production operations; answer phones and make tour reservations using computerized system.
What do we require from you?
  • Background must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to speak effectively in front of an audience.
  • Must have the ability to retain detailed information, to work outdoors in year-round weather conditions, and walk/stand for extended periods.
  • Requires a valid Driver’s License.
  • Guides are required to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor and will be required to adhere to the department’s established dress code.
  • Shifts vary between 6am—7pm.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
