About The Role
We’re looking for a Workforce Evangelist to consult on a strategic level with executive level clients to help them solve complex recruitment and business challenges. The Staffing Evangelist will lead engagements with Indeed Flex’s key prospects and clients as well as be a thought leader who will play a critical role in developing and communicating industry trends and consulting clients and prospects on innovative solutions, that will solve their staffing needs and play a critical role in long term business success.
As a subject matter expert in staffing and contingent labor, you will use your expertise to guide account teams and their clients in the development of customized, solutions-focused ideation sessions involving thought leaders, product leaders, executive leadership, and other subject matter experts from across Indeed Flex. As both a product and customer specialist, you will also be a key resource to sales teams and strategic partners in the field as they develop effective account-specific go-to-market strategies. The Workforce Evangelist will create, produce and facilitate virtual and in-person content in addition to building and maintaining a social following through multimedia content creation. The Workforce Evangelist directly impacts employers’ ability to source critical contingent talent by helping them better understand how they can partner with Indeed Flex and leverage data and technology to optimize their contingent staffing strategy and use Indeed Flex to achieve their staffing objectives. You are an attentive listener and an engaging communicator, who can identify trends and patterns in conversation and discern client priorities and pain points. You are passionate about technology, employment, and hiring, and excel in interacting with executive-level clients and prospects.

  • Prepare, coach, and coordinate the actions and content of internal participants from across Indeed Flex to deliver a coherent, relevant and meaningful narrative for clients
  • Deliver Indeed Flex content and perspective to senior executives from across our target markets and verticals in the US & UK
  • Build positive relationships and work closely with sales, client success, marketing, product, engineering, human resources, and other internal teams to drive revenue and retention goals and advance Indeed Flex’s position as a thought leader in contingent staffing, workforce trends, and recruitment strategy
  • Develop customized meeting agendas and produce and facilitate world-class executive-level engagements for senior decision-makers, in-person and via video conference
  • Use data, platform, and sales strategy tools in preparation for and during executive engagements to bring unique, insights based on Indeed Flex and market data into conversations and ideation sessions
  • Experienced in staffing strategy, operations management, human resources, and or workforce development
  • Ability to consult with and inspire C-level audiences
  • Ability to work through complex recruitment challenges
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to formulate narratives and stories with data in compelling ways
  • Seeking an exceptional presenter with experience leading interactive and engaging executive-level meetings
  • Exceptional attention to detail in agenda development and internal and external communication to produce world-class, memorable executive engagements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry-related work experience
  • Competently self-manages is self-motivated, and works well autonomously and in a team
  • Easily adapts to new tools, systems, and processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical Thinking Skills with the ability to identify key insights through data analysis and communicate them through compelling storytelling
  • Experience using data to inform and influence decisions with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Demonstrable knowledge of recruitment practices in enterprise organizations either broad across multiple areas of recruitment, or in-depth specialty of a specific focus area such as an industry, staffing agency, employer branding

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
