Merakey is seeking a Quality and Analytics Coordinator to join our Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) team. This role will act as a key change agent for quality transformation across our system of care by driving data-informed decision-making and ensuring operational leaders can demonstrate the effectiveness of services through measurable outcomes.
- Track and analyze program outcomes using Power BI and other tools to ensure alignment with defined performance indicators and goals/
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define, monitor, and refine outcome measures, ensuring clarity and accountability.
- Compile and present reports, dashboards, and visuals for various audiences to support program transparency, quality improvement, and decision-making.
- Conduct routine data audits and reviews to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, escalating issues when necessary.
- Support and coach staff across departments in using outcome data to drive performance, particularly in achieving Value-Based Payment (VBP) targets.
- Hybrid position with travel to sites required.
Starting rate of 24.00-26.00 an hour, plus mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year using process improvement and data-driven practices
Preferred Experience
- Behavioral health and customer service background
- Strong analytical skills; able to use data to drive outcomes
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and database tools
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
