Role OverviewAs an Account Coordinator, you’ll be the cornerstone of our customer relationships, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. You’ll manage daily communications, coordinate projects, and support our commercial install and service business lines. Acting as a vital link between clients and internal teams, you’ll uphold BGIS ITS’s values of professionalism, care, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities Customer Communication- Engage with clients daily via phone, email, and meetings to address inquiries, provide updates, and manage expectations.
- Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Coordinate planning, track progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate, timely responses to client inquiries.
- Follow standard procedures for handling customer complaints, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of client account information and handle sensitive data with care.
- Contribute to key initiatives as assigned, always embodying BGIS ITS’s values.
- Verify that service calls and work orders meet company standards and comply with policies.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high-quality account management.
- Assess service quality, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for internal training.
- Ensure team members use appropriate communication tools in line with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of clients, products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Gather market and competitor insights to support strategic customer initiatives.
- Experience: Minimum of one year in a customer service or account coordination role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Customer Focus: Proven customer service orientation with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new processes, tools, and client-specific procedures in a fast-paced, multi-client environment.
- Problem-Solving: Skilled in assessing issues, prioritizing tasks, and resolving challenges effectively.
- Organization: Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
