Your Mission
As an Account Executive at Publican World, you'll own the entire sales cycle from first touch to close — with a laser focus on helping customs brokers and freight forwarders modernize their compliance workflows. You’ll lead discovery, run killer demos, guide clients through our 14-day trial, and close deals that make a real impact.
This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying role where you’ll help drive our growth across LATAM
What You'll Be Doing
Prospecting & Qualification
- Identify and engage top customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers across Latin America
- Run structured discovery calls to uncover real business needs
- Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately using our CRM
Demo & Solution Selling
- Deliver impactful product demos in Spanish and sometimes English
- Map Publican World’s features to broker workflows, pain points, and compliance needs
- Handle objections and communicate value with clarity and confidence
Closing & Growth
- Own pricing conversations and present custom proposals
- Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers
- Collaborate with Customer Success department to ensure smooth onboarding and API integration
- Hit and exceed your monthly sales targets
Market Intelligence
- Share regional insights to help shape product, pricing, and marketing
- Be the voice of the customer for Latin America
Requirements:
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled sales
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle — from outbound to close
- Experience selling to logistics, customs brokers, or trade compliance stakeholders
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong consultative selling skills and confident communicator
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment
- Bonus points for:
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Familiarity with trial-based or product-led sales models
