Summary
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team at Emulate Auto. This role is crucial in supporting our executive team and ensuring smooth operational processes. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in enhancing productivity and facilitating effective communication within the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing schedules and communications.
- Coordinate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Manage customer inquiries with exceptional service and professionalism.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval.
- Utilize Google Docs and Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule to be available for any emergency issues.
