Summary:
First Choice Insurance, a leading insurance agency in Southeast Idaho, is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and be able to effectively multi-task. If you enjoy building relationships and working in working in small, family- oriented, autonomous work environment this may be the career choice for you! We will provide training and help you obtain your property and casualty license if you don’t already have it. No outbound sales required! We have insurance agents to do that. You will manage a book of existing customers and help them find the right insurance to meet their needs.

As an independent agency, First Choice has the benefit of working with multiple carriers to get customers the insurance they need at the price they can afford.
Job Duties:
- Quote and issue new policies
Research best insurance company for needs
- Execute insurance policies
- Servicing existing policies
- Make policy changes
- Provide proof of insurance
- Facilitate binder requests
- Answer general questions
- Calling and following up with claims
- Perform other tasks as needed
- Perform PIR’s (Personal Insurance Review)
- Answer phone calls
- Receive and process payment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Team player
Property and casualty license preferred but not required
