We’re looking for someone who is outside sales (excited about pursuing new business) and internal account management (committed to serving clients with care and excellence). If you have a background in landscaping and sales, a natural ability to connect with people, and the motivation to grow your career in a thriving company, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
- Develop New Business: Prospect new clients and offer innovative landscape solutions, especially for those not yet in annual service agreements.
- Grow Existing Accounts: Serve as the trusted advisor for current clients, ensuring high-quality service and identifying opportunities for enhancements, upgrades, and additional projects.
- Ensure Service Excellence: Collaborate with our operations team to ensure services are executed to the highest standards—from turf care to irrigation to project installations.
- Own the Relationship: Be the primary contact for your clients, conducting site visits, handling issues proactively, and guiding them through long-term service agreements.
- Drive Results: Prepare proposals, close deals, and track revenue growth—all while prioritizing client satisfaction and value.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years in landscaping and/or sales with knowledge of turf, irrigation, plants, and pest control
- Strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills
- A self-motivated, team-oriented mindset and a love for being outdoors
- A passion for continual learning and helping others succeed
- Experience with CRM systems like PipeDrive or Aspire (a plus)
- Spanish language fluency, TCEQ/TDA licenses (preferred, not required)
