Salary: $54,000 - $81,000/ year + commissions
About the Role
This position will have overall accountability for the promotion, sales, and customer service regarding all areas of MEI’s Field Operations business. Key aspects of this position include maintaining an existing account base while selling new elevator service, repair, modernization, and construction contracts in the market territory. Candidates will also participate in sales and marketing meetings, along with participating in trades shows as needed.
Responsibilities
- Effectively quote and sell Service and Repair packages
- Actively participate in monthly sales meetings
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and be the main point of contact for all contracts in your territory
- Ensure that all communication and financial calculations are consistent in detail and accuracy
- Continuously seek to maintain an “error-free” status on all projects to enhance satisfaction and profitability
- Lead market meetings with Service Technicians
- Participate in Industry Trade Shows
- Execute additional tasks as needed
Experience
- 5 years’ experience and demonstrated success in industrial/commercial sales
- 2-year college degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Valid Driver’s License

- Detail oriented and organized
