We are growing and are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team! Our focus is on quality, customer retention, employee retention, and a high level of communication.
The Account Manager is the primary customer contact for contracted accounts within the Maintenance Division. The ideal candidate would be responsible for managing client interactions and sales for a specific book of business. This position promotes the growth and development of field staff and assists in carrying out their responsibilities as needed.
*Must have a background in landscape/horticulture
*Must have strong customer service skills, strong communication skills, and previous sales experience
*Pay will be dependent on experience
* Valid Driver's License with good motor vehicle record required.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Maintain a consistent high level of communication with customers and staff
- Build new and maintain existing strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of landscape projects and bids according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Weekly reporting of revenue and labor from book of work
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Snow route management
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Operations management, and Enhancement management.
- High level communication through email and phone
- Landscape plant ID and care
- Basic irrigation knowledge
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office cache
- Google cache'
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
