The Account Manager Role:
As a Client Account Manager at STEWART you will be responsible for identifying and developing opportunities for helping clients achieve their goals while managing their relationship and project work, including overseeing the development of strategic plans, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of agency projects.
Responsibilities Include:
- Gain familiarity with the client’s industry, products, business culture and competition
- Participate in client planning and assist in developing strategies that bring client objectives to life
- Manage all phases of the project cycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training and closure
- Manage daily deliverables, activities, budgets, and deadlines for creative campaigns and individual client projects
- Manage development of project proposals/timelines, budgets, advertising and media plans
- Execute internal meetings, partner and client meetings (i.e. Creative kickoffs, brand immersions, weekly client meetings, project wrap up), etc.
- Interpret critical insights and research that will drive agency creative efforts
- Craft the project briefs and reporting that communicates client objectives and directions to internal team members
- Work with Project Manager to identifying potential project risks and developing contingency plans
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of advertising, digital, and media industry trends/developments and uses this knowledge to present business-building ideas for the client and the agency
- At least 5 years of client-facing or account management experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Teams), Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.
Hybrid schedule:
- Monday and Friday work from home
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday work from office

Preferred experience level:
- 5+ years in a marketing or advertising roll with either an agency or a client
