ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for David Padilla - State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. You help grow the agency book of business by selling Auto, Home, Business, Life and Health Insurance to our customers and prospects.

This is a SALES role with monthly variable compensation and annual bonuses, on top of your paid salary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Willing to obtain or currently have required licenses to offer insurance.
