Campbell Marketing and Communications is seeking a motivated and proactive Account Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has strong account and project management skills, has a collaborative mindset and is committed to providing high quality work.
About the Role
The Experiential Marketing Account Supervisor is responsible for leading, managing and executing high-profile motorsports programs for a large automotive client. This role will serve as the day-to-day client account lead while working across the account team to manage all deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time while meeting and exceeding client expectations.
This position will support our client?s marketing efforts in NASCAR, NHRA and Formula Drift, playing a critical role in executing at-track activations, developing creative marketing strategies and managing the full scope of event logistics. From concept to execution, you?ll collaborate with our internal teams and external vendors to deliver unforgettable experiences at the track and beyond.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Supports the Account Director in creating, planning and executing client activities, particularly focused on NASCAR, NHRA and Formula Drift racing programs.
Build and maintain positive client relationships while serving as the day-to-day client liaison for a large volume of simultaneous projects. Delegates tasks among the account team, provides direction and guidance as needed and ensures high quality work is completed within deadlines.
Work collaboratively with the account team to flawlessly execute event logistics, including vendor coordination, on-site setup and strike, and event staff supervision.
Serve as a welcoming and professional host for clients and guests at racing events?representing the brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.
Take the initiative in moving projects forward, and anticipating next steps, solving problems proactively, and adapting quickly in a fast-moving environment, often with minimal direction.
Write business correspondence and client communications with clarity, professionalism and accuracy.
Provide support with account financials by updating and maintaining client budgets.
Completes additional duties as assigned.
Adheres to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and all other company policies, procedures, and processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
5+ years of experience in event marketing, brand activations or experiential
promotions. Motorsports experience is a major plus!A self starter! Someone that is proactive, takes ownership of their programs and can work well independently
Creative problem solving - solution oriented and forward thinking, often times with minimal direction
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, while being adaptable in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
Interpersonal communication skills necessary to build and maintain effective client relationships, lead account team members and interface with management.
Attention to detail, strong writing and proofreading skills and a high level of accuracy for all projects
Strong organizational, budgeting and time management skills.
Demonstrated desire to remain current with trends and technology in the marketing
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor?s degree in marketing or related field.
Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience.
Work Environment: Will require travel and/or weekend and evening hours. Will also require occasional all-day attendance at outdoor, on-site event locations.

Additional Information:
Valid Driver?s License and clean driving record required.
The company is currently working on a hybrid basis; requiring in-office days (Dearborn, MI) three times a week.
Salary range starts at $61,072.00 annually ? negotiable based on experience.
This position is U.S. based/Michigan based.
