We’re actively hiring an Account Support Specialist to help drive new business, manage customer accounts, and support daily sales operations. This is a face-to-face, entry-level role built for individuals who are confident communicators, competitive by nature, and ready to grow in the world of sales, business development, and account management.
As an Account Support Specialist, you’ll work directly with customers to explain service options, close sales, and manage active accounts. You'll play a key role in improving the overall customer experience while supporting team-wide sales performance. Whether you're helping a customer upgrade their plan or assisting with a new account setup, your work will directly impact results and your future growth.
Account Support Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Engage face-to-face with new and existing customers to promote services
- Assist with account enrollment, plan upgrades, and service questions
- Recommend solutions that meet both customer needs and sales targets
- Manage and maintain accurate customer and account records
- Represent the brand professionally and confidently in all interactions
- Support your team in meeting and exceeding daily and weekly sales goals
- Contribute to a fast-paced, goal-driven business development environment
